Powered by a Qualcomm Atheros 560MHz CPU and equipped with 64MB DDR2 RAM, it ensures smooth data handling and fast wireless transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps over the 5.15–5.85GHz frequency range.
Built with a 13dBi dual-polarized directional antenna, the device provides focused long-range coverage with 45° horizontal and 30° vertical beamwidths. It supports TDMA-based Pharos MAXtream technology for reduced latency and enhanced throughput in congested environments. Adjustable transmission power up to 23dBm allows optimization based on deployment needs.
With Passive PoE support, weatherproof IPX5-rated enclosure, lightning and ESD protection, and a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C, this unit is designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions.
Key software features include multi-SSID with VLAN tagging, WDS, MAC filtering, channel width selection, and robust encryption protocols like WPA/WPA2 and WEP. Management is made easy through Pharos Control, web-based UI, SNMP, SSH, and comprehensive diagnostics tools like spectrum analyzer, signal quality indicators, and ping/traceroute.
